Before you return a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. Many of our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The stones or details therefore may vary slightly. All our products go through quality control before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is lost in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn) with original packaging.

In case of international orders, exchange will happen only when customer travels to India. Time frame will be decided as per the situation.  Internationally pickup facility is unavailable. 

IN CASE OF A RETURN

  • Please email us at hem.zaveri@hemjewels.com with a photograph and video of the product and the package.
  • Once we approve the return, we will let you know on the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
  • We will issue a refund to the credit/debit card/ your bank account. Refunds will only be made after we have received and approved the shipment.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase or contact customer support.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
  • No refunds in case of international orders in case of damage or incorrect product, exchange product will be sent as per the set time frame (as discussed with customer). Exchange will be done only after we receive the faulty product. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 days after the product is received.

Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation or change of products will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing confirmed order. Please email on hem.zaveri@hemjewels.com for the same or contact customer support. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched.

 

 

Are there any cancellation charges?

No, there are no cancellation charges.

Can I cancel one item alone from my order?

Yes, you may cancel a single item from a list of items in your order within 24 hours. Please email on hem.zaveri@hemjewels.com for the same. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched.

How do I receive my refund amount after cancellation of order?

Refund amount will be credited to your account in 15 working days. In case of usage of credit card, it would be reversed to the card in 15-20 working days.

What happens when amount is deducted and transaction is failed?

We do not hold any responsibility for a failed transaction, however on your request we will check from our end for additional details.

What is the mode of cancellation?

A customer has options to cancel either by emails us. Please email on hem.zaveri@hemjewels.com for the same. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched.

I have used a coupon/gift card while placing an order, will it be applicable when I cancel & reorder?

Yes, on cancellation of your order the coupon/gift card would become invalid the amount debited from your account only would be refunded. In case of any discrepancy on working of coupon you may contact us for revalidation.

Please note that offers and discounts offered as a part of promotions are valid for the campaign period only.

Cancellation by us

For any reason not stated or stated, an order can be cancelled at our end because of the following reasons:

  • Error in pricing
  • Error in Product Info
  • Non-Availability of Product
  • If you are un reachable on registered mobile number for order confirmation within 48 hours

Alternately in some cases we may seek some time to check out additional information for the purpose of accepting the order. Prior information will be appropriately sent to customer before cancelling the order either partially or fully.

What happens to Coupons/discounts/offers which I have applied while purchasing the product?

The coupons/discounts/offers used will be valid/ applicable until their expiry. The discounted amount i.e. utilized by the use of a coupon/offer/discount etc. would not be refunded.

In case, any Coupons, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.

 

How to return a product? (15 days free return)

Please follow the below instructions to return your item within 15days.

    1. Please place a call with our CRM team on the mentioned phone number requesting to return the product.
    2. CRM team will schedule the courier pickup upon receiving the return request; the schedule will be informed to customer by means of an Email.
    3. Please pack your jewellery in as it is condition along with the barcode tag in the tamper proof cover that is provided with the package.

                    Packaging Guidelines

    • Please pack the item, product certificate and original invoice in the tamper proof cover.
    • Handover the package to the courier agent and collect an acknowledgement.
    • Kindly ensure your availability on the day of pick up and hand it over to the courier agent.
